Ran process #3 and an O2 plasma. Tuned the RF with no problem.
Tuning tip for when the user is unable to strike a plasma
- set the cap to about 50% of its range of travel
- adjust the coil up and down its range until plasma is observed.
- Adjust cap and coil to obtain the minimum reflected power.
