Anyone used BCB (benzocyclobutene) before?

Hello, labmember.

Is there anyone who used BCB (benzocyclobutene) in the lab before? I
plan to use it for a dielectric between metal interconnect lines. I
would appreciate getting your advice about BCB process. Thank you.
